U.S. Customers

The United States have introduced new U.S. import tariff rules ending the de minimis exemption for low-value packages, (under $800).

Many postal services including ours temporarily suspended shipments to the U.S. as they adjusted to the new, more expensive rules.

Our shipping partners have resumed postal services and have introduced a new system for U.S. imports.

We have taken the decision to pay the import duty and customs fees with the shipping labels, so there is not a delay at U.S. customs processing and you (the customer) will not have the hassle with import paperwork, charges and duties which are currently 12% for most of the products that we make.

Orders placed before 25th August 2025 which have been delayed are now are currently being processed.

We appreciate your understanding and patience as we navigate these unexpected changes.
